“Everyone has inside of him a piece of good news. The good news is that you don’t know how great you can be! How much you can love! What you can accomplish! And what your potential is!”   — Anne Frank

With the devastating loss of a close family member several years ago, my Life and sense of self was deeply shaken. I felt alone, focused on past memories, and uneasy about the future. My grief, while painful and overwhelming, was launching me on a new journey that led to enriching my faith, spirituality, and loving Life again.

Through my own challenges I have opened my entire self to discover fresh desires and purpose for my Life. My new path has led to Life Coaching. Having had a long career in Marketing and Public Relations, mostly in the Health and Human Service field, choosing to be a Life Coach was a bold decision for me.

I believe that each experience, discovery, and lesson since childhood are all connected to our intended and meaningful purpose in Life.
